Service Writer/Advisor

We are looking for a results-driven Service Writer / Advisor Associate to actively engage customers & assist in both building & maintaining their dream motorcycle. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost sales growth, customer acquisition levels, and dealership profitability.

Responsibilities: Present, promote, and sell recommended & scheduled services using proven tools to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Keep abreast of best practices and important service-related business.

Requirements: Proven Sales Experience! Must have excellent communication and listening skills. An ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs is important. You need to want to be part of a team that will put the customers’ needs in the forefront of all we do. Knowledge of Harley-Davidson not required, however helpful.
