You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

Such an Awesome experience overall each person I was contact by was super helpful and friendly. I thank you to dawn, Paige and Nicole whom was super helpful and welcoming. Great job gals. Jim, Tyler and Nichole have been outstanding when it came time for a new bike and when I needed the clothes and accessories to fit me out for the riding season. There is no better place to be than your local Harley Davidson dealership. Oh and I just scheduled my first service with the service department for the next week. My rear stop light switch malfunctioned on my 2015 Ultra Tri Glide, so I called Destination in Silverdale to see if they had one in stock. Sorry, but I cannot remember the Parts guy's name. He checked and said there was one in stock in Tacoma and he could have it by Tuesday. I explained that I lived in Port Angeles and asked if he could ship it to me. No problem he said and took down my information. The part was delivered on Thursday by UPS, and I am very grateful to him and also to your shipping clerk for the fast service. Please pass on my congratulation to your team members.

Man no matter when I walk in, Nichole always greets me and makes me feel welcome. I recently brought in my RG for service and I've heard mainly negative stuff on this particular service department, like they are too backed up and you wont get the bike back in a decent time, and over priced. Well its Harley, I get it, its going to be expensive. Anyways, I needed a tire and called the service department, and Patrick got me in that day. I decided to do more work since it was there and I still got it back when I was told I would. Hell the tech even stayed after hours to finish my bike. I didn't get my bike washed like he said I would but he did say bring it back when I had time and they would wash it. No worries, I already washed it. Bottom line is the hole team in service kicks ass in my eyes and if it stays this way, My RG will be back! (Employee: Nichole Nash, Patrick Sharp)

Patrick helped me find the right LED light for my Iron 883 and he also able to find time to have the new LED head light as well as turn signal lights installed on the same day. Patrick is my go to guy when I have any question about my newly purchased motorcycle. Josh also took sometime to show me on how to install the turn signals and is also a very knowledgeable guy.
