You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

I went the other day to look for Wounded Warrior items, which the brochure I received in the mail said was available at the shop, only to find out there was none. Very disappointed, but the staff made up for it with a good attitude and service

Service Dept did a superb job on my 2005 FXDLI...runs great after a major tune-up. Parts Dept is always helpful and friendly when I need to order replacement parts.
