You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

I started hearing a ticking in the engine on my way home from Sturgis this last August. I took my bike for service at a different location that I've used for my other motorcycles and they informed me there was a of metal in the oil. I asked them to deliver it to Destination Silverdale which they did and Stormy took over as my service advisor. I purchased a warranty when I bought the bike in July and I'm glad I did. They started with replacing the valve train, oil pump, and compensator. They took it for a test drive and the ticking came back before the trip was through. They got authorization to go all in and it turned out the entire engine needed to be rebuilt. It took some time for the parts to get in but that was to be expected. I was given updates every few days as to when my bike was expected to be complete and when it was ready, they delivered it to my doorstep in Olalla clean as a whistle are ready to ride. The only thing I need now is for the weather to cooperate so I can put a few more miles on it and get the break in oil change completed. (Employee: Stormy Butler)

I brought my very badly running bike in around 4:00 pm on a Wednesday without an appointment or any prior communication. As soon as I got in out of the dumping rain, and after he finished helping a previous customer, the service advisor, Patrick Sharp, started helping me. Patrick stopped my lengthy explanation of my problem and what I had done to try to fix it myself, only so he could write EVERYTHING down. He didnt want to miss anything. He took in my bike and told me they should get to it the next day. The service people found the problem (bad fuel tuner) and I had a written estimate in hand via email early Thursday afternoon (the next day). I authorized the repair (as well as two new tires). Friday around noon, Patrick let me know my bike was ready for me to pick up! My bike is running GREAT now. The service crew did an outstanding job and Patrick kept me well informed thru the whole thing. Definitly 5 star service!!!!! (Employee: Patrick Sharp)

Thank you to Larry in Parts and Patrick in Service. I am now scheduled for service on my 2014 Street Glide Special for installation of rear shocks. When job is completed my feet should now be flat on ground when I come to a stop. Looking forward to upcoming riding season. (Employee: Larry Jennings)

Thank you to Jim Huston and all of the staff at my local HD dealer, Destination in Silverdale. Trey made the paperwork easy and handled it all while staying late. Chris walked me through the options that I can explore and got me going with my forward controls kit that Stormy and her team will be installing it this weekend for me. This sale started with Nichole and her staff at the front desk helping me to locate a newer version of my favorite hoody. Though it is out of stock they searched to see if anyone else had it in their stock. Chris has been there in has an employee to offer the best customer service period! Chris stayed late along with the store manager, salesperson Andrew to close the deal on my street glide & order all my stage kits, accessories, trunk, etc. Also to this very day. Chris still remembers me. Orders more goodies & answers any & all questions. Chris, Larry and others is why I come back. They are why I beat about my purchases. I wanted to let you know about my latest scooter purchase (this summer) with special thanks to Dakota who is a Rock Star! back in November I came in and purchased a tour pack through Larry, who in my opinion is an expert in parts he has always been very knowledgeable and has always picked out the right parts and options for all my many purchases from Destination. so back to my story, after I purchased my Tour pack I went home and noticed (mailer) Destination had a promotion going on for a free gift with a $300 purchase or more. So, I called Dakota and asked if I could get in on that promotion (I spent $1,700) she told me she would take care of it. Now last weekend the tour pack finally came in and I had forgotten all about the promotion deal and too my surprise when I opened the tour pack (you installed it) there were 2 tumblers inside. The installation was awesome it looked great plus my bike was washed totally unexpected it blew me away! since it was a cold day I rode home broke open the tumbler set and my wife and I enjoyed hot buttered rum(s) as we looked at the bike my wife (Gina) sat on it and was totally comfortable (again Larry picks out the best) and we cannot wait for our next summer ride. My total experience with my last purchase was incredible. Jim was my sales person who was very good to work with he had the bike I was looking for transferred to the Silverdale store and after the test ride we bought it. (I was not expecting to buy that day but Jim made us an offer we could not refuse) That day Chris installed the docking station for the back rest and we were gone! my experience with your entire staff has been tremendous. I almost forgot Service. Patrick has been so helpful in coordinating all my upgrades (pipes, tour pack and more to come) and Stormy is always very helpful and gave me some helpful pointers on the M8 motor and riding expectations. Just want to let you know we had a great experience with our last scooter purchase (my 2nd new HD from your SD store) from the time we walk in the door to the time we leave the entire staff is always so friendly and helpful.
