Although Terry was not my end sales person, I felt I learned more from him the two times i saw him at the Silverdale HD. Matt Flegel of the Tacoma HD was also very helpful and later having the Boom radio manual which was not included with the bike. Overall I was pleased with the sales atmosphere. Last December, I had a Screaming Eagle Stage I Upgrade done on my 2014 Fatboy. All the people involved at Destination Harley were fantastic through the whole experience. Also, I really appreciated them picking up (at my house) and returning my bike during the Winter. I look forward to the upcoming riding season.

Hey guys, just wanted to give you all a shout out and a great rating for all. I live in Lakebay and use all the departments within your shop and never had a problem. Everyone is there to do their best and achieve that every time I come to the store. I have bought two Harleys from you and love them both. Stormy in service rocks that place and I know she's jammed at times, but she always gets the job done. The same goes to Larry in the parts department, I have always ordered parts from him and he knocks the service department out of the field. In September of 2018, we helped our son get his first motorcycle (not just his first Harley, his first MOTORCYCLE) and the experience was great. Joseph helped get us started and searched out the bike The Kid wanted (2018 750 Street). He then passed us off to Erik who completed the sale and called us when the bike was ready. He walked us through the bike and was really helpful throughout the entire process. We worked with Larry to order the accessories we wanted and as usual, his knowledge of P&A was unsurpassed. Stormy and the entire service department are top notch and, with my Wide Glide, has gone above and beyond on several occasions to make sure services were done right. All in all, my experiences with DHD have been very positive. Being the father of the 19 year old who got a brand new Harley as his first bike, Im recognized the minute I walk through the door and Joseph, Erik and the rest almost always ask how Tristan is liking his bike.
