You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

Started with a simple install. Several problems occurred during the process. However, the team at Destination came thru and working with the warranty company and Harley Davidson, worked hard to insure my bike was repaired correctly with quality parts. Destination Harley - Silverdale placed the service in service shop. It began with a pleasant conversation with Patrick about 30K services, then was followed up by Pick-up and Delivery service being available for a 3 day turn around including Thanksgiving Holiday. Awesome. The transport driver Jesse was courteous, friendly, and I could tell my motorcycle was in good hands. I got a call from Patrick to discuss the maintenance items and they had the motorcycle on the rack that same day. The next call from Patrick was to discuss what they found, not much, and to arrange payment. Jesse again delivered the motorcycle unscathed and clean. Thank you for the quick turnaround, delivery service and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. I'll be looking to Silverdale for future shop needs. (Employee: Patrick Sharp)
