Everyone was great as usual, when was picking up my bike, I arrived at 5:50 about ten minutes before closing. The guys had started putting bikes away for the night and they were more than happy to move a couple bike to get mine out. I think they understand the relationship people have with their bikes, probably not a healthy one but they get it Harley owners treat their bikes like their children. The guys recommended I change my tires for a little over $900 after searching around I found a place to do it for $450. (Employee: Stormy Butler)

I'm from the CDA area in Idaho and outside Neah Bay my bike broke down spent 3 1/2 hrs. On the side of the road waiting on the tow truck it was on a Sunday well over 100 miles away from Silverdale Harley that's where he dropped the bike off and I continued on my trip as a passenger anyway on Tuesday I called and told them my story they had no history on my bike and didnt know what to do with it anyway they kept it until my dealership in Spokane could pick it up. 6 days later she finally arrived along with a tshirt from silverdale harley at no charge thank you for taking care of me while I was 500 miles away from my bike Nicole gave the best customer care I've ever received from any dealership and the owner of silverdale thank you for waiving the fee for storage your the best hands down Kymber (Employee: Nihcole N.)

Stormy has a way of causing one to trust that she will do all she can to get you Harley fixed and ready to hit the road. I personally have a lot of faith that the job will be done and done right. With an appointment within 3 days, that I have been waiting for, for over 6 weeks, I had a flat tire the day before drop off. I stopped by that afternoon to see what I can do. Stormy arranged to have my bike picked up and went over my hit list of things I wanted done before my big trip to Oregon. She listened and coordinated my needs like a pro.
