Over the last 6 years I've seen a significant changes and increase in the care and professionalism from the newest service manager. Through difficult times and hard to fill quality positions, Stormy has always looked out for the rider! Through several issues with MoCo, Stormy was always on the Customer's side and found creative solutions to get me back on the road and took responsibility for HDs issues to keep us safe and returning as customers! Once again Stormy got my bike in on time and out of service quickly, Mike in service did an exceptional job working on my bike, there was a venting problem he found it and fixed it right away. Andrew was very helpful in answering my many questions and took the time I needed. He was never pushy, he provided all the information I needed and gave me a printout of the pricing breakdown, including my trade in allowance. Then another fellow (think he is the sales manager) also offered help, and provided additional price information. When I told them I wanted to think about the purchase overnight, they agreed. They even offered to pick up my trade in for valuation - - The next day we completed the paper work, and they agreed to include a windshield in the final price. Larry from the parts department helped select the correct size windshield, and even held the sample on the bike to help decide the size. I cannot leave out your driver - - when he came to pickup my trade in, he called to tell me the date, then called again to tell me the time. He was coming from another deliver/pickup in Yelm - -a long way from my house - - called me again to tell me he would be here at 1:30 p.m, I heard him arrive, checked my watch....IT WAS 1:30 P.M. Earlier this year I purchased a 2019 Sport Glide from Destination HD. I also had a Stage 1 kit included and selected a Heavy Breather air filter for the bike. However, when I went to purchase a rain cover for the air filter, Chris (in Parts) informed me that HD had yet to develop or market a rain cover for that particular filter. Months went by and I had pretty much forgotten about this item when last week I received a phone call from Chris, that at long last HD, had finally put a cover out for that particular air filter unit. So, I came in earlier this week and made the purchase through Chris. It was hard for me to believe that my having forgotten all about the air filter cover that Chris had not forgotten and that he followed thru on my behalf. If that isn't great customer service, then I don't know what is! It may be a small thing in the scheme of things, but nonetheless, Chris had my back. Thanks much Chris. Have a good one!
