You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

You have a right to a local owner who supports local causes like Seattle Children's Hospital (through Children's Ride that raised over $200,000 for uncompensated care at Children's Hospital each of the last two summers) and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital (who we've raised well over $100,000 for over the last 20 years) plus many, many more great local causes.

I called and spoke to Patrick on a thursday at almost 5pm to see if I can bring my Road King in for an abs brake fluid flush. He was very courteous over the phone even though it was late in the day and he said he could squeeze me into the schedule even though it was last minute on my part! I brought my bike in the next day and from the moment I walked in the ladies at the counter were very nice and friendly and so was Jim the salesman all the way back to the service counter. Patrick told me it would be about an hour and a half and it was exactly that! Spent some time talking to Jim and he was a very nice salesman and we talked like we knew eachother for a long time! They had my bike sparkling clean after they serviced it and I definately had a nice experience with Destination Silverdale! Come in and see them! Wanted a bigger bike, had my eyes on a Street Glide Special, Andrew went to work trying to get a few shipped over from tacoma,. They sold out from under me so I decided to go new. Their in house financing beat the best rate from Navy Federal. Long story short I got a new Glide that rides... excuse me, floats down the road better than i could have imagined. Thanks guys.

I bought a 2006 Electraglide on consignment from the Silverdale store. Andrew handled the sale and it was an excellent experience. I was introduced to several employees at the store while doing my purchase and they were all very nice and professional. Came in to see if I could get a quick look at my fluid levels due to a past issue. Did not have an appointment, but Stormy got my bike into the shop in less than 20 minutes. Everything was fine, and I was out the door quick enough to still get to work on time. Prompt service means a lot. Will definitely be back for any future bike service. (Employee: Stormy Butler)

Stormy as always treats me well she in knowledgeable. I had new tires put on the motorcycle in September 09. My question is if we have to check the wheel bearings which would remove the wheels why is their a charge for checking the belt. And if the maintenance records are being reviewed then you would see the installation of the new tires and the belt being removed and reinstalled. (Employee: Stormy Butler)
