You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

You have a right to a local owner who supports local causes like Seattle Children's Hospital (through Children's Ride that raised over $200,000 for uncompensated care at Children's Hospital each of the last two summers) and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital (who we've raised well over $100,000 for over the last 20 years) plus many, many more great local causes.

From the minute I walked into the dealership, I was treated very well. Every single staff member was courteous and fun. I had a lot of questions and they were great about answers and showing me things I needed to know about my first H-D bike purchase. Even a few customers that came in were great and I feel like I will make many friends that also share the biking lifestyle. It's fair to say that only after a week, I am a loyal destination customer.

Jim and the rest of the Harley Destination team took excellent care of me. Service after the sale is rare these days but Destination Harley in Silverdale, Washington understands the importance and delivers. They made sure all my needs were met and my questions answered. I've shopped and previously bought a bike from Destination Harley Davidson in the past and came back to see if there was a bike I was looking for. Seeing the bike I had been wanting for a long time, I approached Trey and we began the process. Little did I know, I was in for a ride. He asked me about why I was trading in my 2018, my riding habits and style, he wanted to make sure I was getting the bike I wanted and needed. After he knew what I needed, we talked to parts and service to make sure I could get the parts for the engine upgrades as well as accessories I requested. Larry and Chris were knowledgeable and hit the mark. Between them, as well as Patrick and Stormy, I was all set to make my purchase and now have a bike I plan to ride for a long, long time. I've had a bike from Destination Harley that was rode hard and rebuilt, I've had as I felt was good customer service and extremely honest feedback from sales, parts and service in the past and wanted to continue that relationship. Trey was a great sales person. I recommended my friend Josh to talk to him if able, a week later he bought a new bike as well. 2 other friends who were not looking to buy are now considering a new bike based on our experiences. We're happy customers and hoping others will see this and be just as happy. Walking in recently to get my permanent plates for my bike, Trey greeted me at the door and followed up with how the bike was treating me. Makes you feel valued being greeted by name, and remembering the time spent during the sale.
