You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

You have a right to a local owner who supports local causes like Seattle Children's Hospital (through Children's Ride that raised over $200,000 for uncompensated care at Children's Hospital each of the last two summers) and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital (who we've raised well over $100,000 for over the last 20 years) plus many, many more great local causes.

Chris and Larry both have always been outstanding customer service oriented personnel within Destination Harley. My only concern, of course outside their control, was back orders that don't get filled within the time frame promised which frustrate me to no end. My individual standard is if I say it will get done, it will be done. I realize Covid has been the unknown factor in making these promises, nevertheless don't make assurances that cannot be met - in doing so it allows me to seek a resolution or alternative within my given time constraints. I had Destination Harley-Davidson in Silverdale pick up my bike in Port Angeles for Spring maintenance service. It was an excellent experience from the time it was picked up; the driver was great and very professional which made me feel at ease, to the time it was delivered back to me. The service department checked in with me to give updates which I thought was great . They installed a front tire ,front brake pads, flushed and replaced the front and rear brake fluid, and flushed and replaced the hydraulic clutch fluid. The bike was returned to me clean and ready to ride, and the cost was reasonable for the work performed. I will definitely use Destination Harley Davidson again for my maintenance needs.
