Just bought a beautiful Heritage Softail Classic,from Destination Tacoma. When my wife & I first walked in we felt comfortable with welcome of the Staff. Josh asked what would we like to see , showed us several tour models & then the Classic FLSTC. Josh did not pressure us, asked us to look around & offered coffee & soda. He put together a financial plan , we accepted the plan, Josh introduced us to all the great dept.team members. And now we can enjoy the open road on a Classic. Thanks Josh! & all the Team!

I recently purchased the Harley Id waited several years for Harley to make, a 2019 FLHT Electra Glide Standard. A no frills, no bulls**t solo touring machine. Joseph and the crew made the purchase easy, and we were done in just a couple of hours. Unfortunately, I had a small issue which needed attention after only about 100 miles. I brought the bike back and Stormy was on it, looking at the problem, offering a viable short term solution and had me scheduled for service in just a few minutes. While I was there, I ordered the parts for a Stage One upgrade. On the scheduled day, I dropped the bike off and left knowing it would be well taken care of. At about 4:15 the next day Stormy called to let me know the bike was finished, they closed at 5:00, but shed hang out for a few minutes if I wanted to come pick it up. I arrived at about 5:15 and Stormy was there with her ever present smile, ready to hand over my bike. I cannot express enough how welcome I feel every time I walk through the door at Destination. Everyone was great as usual, when was picking up my bike, I arrived at 5:50 about ten minutes before closing. The guys had started putting bikes away for the night and they were more than happy to move a couple bike to get mine out. I think they understand the relationship people have with their bikes, probably not a healthy one but they get it Harley owners treat their bikes like their children. The guys recommended I change my tires for a little over $900 after searching around I found a place to do it for $450. (Employee: Stormy Butler)

I'm from the CDA area in Idaho and outside Neah Bay my bike broke down spent 3 1/2 hrs. On the side of the road waiting on the tow truck it was on a Sunday well over 100 miles away from Silverdale Harley that's where he dropped the bike off and I continued on my trip as a passenger anyway on Tuesday I called and told them my story they had no history on my bike and didnt know what to do with it anyway they kept it until my dealership in Spokane could pick it up. 6 days later she finally arrived along with a tshirt from silverdale harley at no charge thank you for taking care of me while I was 500 miles away from my bike Nicole gave the best customer care I've ever received from any dealership and the owner of silverdale thank you for waiving the fee for storage your the best hands down Kymber (Employee: Nihcole N.)

Stormy has a way of causing one to trust that she will do all she can to get you Harley fixed and ready to hit the road. I personally have a lot of faith that the job will be done and done right.
