You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

You have a right to a local owner who supports local causes like Seattle Children's Hospital (through Children's Ride that raised over $200,000 for uncompensated care at Children's Hospital each of the last two summers) and Mary Bridge Children's Hospital (who we've raised well over $100,000 for over the last 20 years) plus many, many more great local causes.

Jim is a great guy. He worked several options from ore owned to new for me in a timely manner. 2021- not the financially best time to buy a bike. Jim explained whats happening in the industry and still worked with me on the deal. I ended up with exactly what I was looking for (didnt know that until later) at a price point that was better than expected. Second bike Ive purchased from Destination Silverdale. I appreciate the parts folks. Not sure who it was but I was in there Wednesday to get some oil and the gentelman at the counter was very welcoming as well as hepful. I would also like to add that the staff at the time I was in the store (around 10 am or so) was also very welcoming. Being a long time Destination cutomer (both current stores along with some of the past stores) it makes me feel appreciated and always welcome

Chris and Larry both have always been outstanding customer service oriented personnel within Destination Harley. My only concern, of course outside their control, was back orders that don't get filled within the time frame promised which frustrate me to no end. My individual standard is if I say it will get done, it will be done. I realize Covid has been the unknown factor in making these promises, nevertheless don't make assurances that cannot be met - in doing so it allows me to seek a resolution or alternative within my given time constraints.
